True. India is following the "Factory Model" of education system originated in 18 and 19th century Prussia, begun by factory owners. Schools in India were started by British Christian missionaries known as "Mission Schools", where obedience and conformity were the top value of making subjects and factory workers, not citizens. They blended academic instruction with religious teachings. These mission schools were aimed to produce a class of educated individuals who could assist in the administrative affairs of the British Raj and promote the Christian faith among the masses. Strict punishment and compliance were required to forcefully make children seated in classrooms, because many of the students came from farming families or tribes, where they were accustomed to running around and playing freely. Consequently, rules and corporal punishment were utilized as a means to control and discipline these children. The legacy of this system is still visible today, with gender-segregated schools and discriminatory institutions that promote biased ideas.

Ofcourse christian missionary colleges have long history of persicution. എന്നാൽ ഇവിടെ ഇന്നത്തെ അച്ഛനമ്മ മാർ ഫോഴ്സ് ചെയ്തു കുട്ടികളെ competetive സ്കൂളിൽ പറഞ്ഞയക്കുന്നു കാരണം ജോലിയുറപ്പു. ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള സ്കൂളുകളിൽ, പ്രഫഷണൽ കൗൺസിലിങ് വേണം. ഈ competation താങ്ങാത്ത കുട്ടികൾ പൊടുന്നനെ പരീക്ഷകളിൽ തോൽക്കും. ശ്രദ്ധ 7/10 പരീക്ഷയിലും തോറ്റു ( അവൾ 9/10 deprression സ്കോറും പാസ്സ് ആകും. അതായതു പേരെന്റ്സ് abuse ചെയ്യും (കൂട്ടം കൂടും ) ടീച്ചർ കടുത്ത രീതിയിൽ പറയും Depression alone is number one cause of suicide. ചിലപ്പോൾ ഈ കുട്ടിക്ക് bipolar ഡിപ്രെഷൻ വരെ കാണും. കേരളമാണ് സൈക്സ്ട്രൈസ്റ്റ് വരെ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാതെ കുതിര വട്ടം സ്റ്റൈൽ ചികിത്സ പഠിച്ചവരാണ്.

We should not put these students in immense strain. Only meritorious students who can learn from books and other sources should only be admitted. Spoon feeding and this sort of teaching is not university level studying. Teachers should be only guides who gives us ideas and directions. 🙏

Incidents of suicide is not a new thing and has been there in all prefessional institutions as in the society at a large. If Shradha has committed it was because the girl didn't have the maturity to face proble. S of daily life. What is required isthe need in making our children emotionally strong so that they will be capable of seeing life grom a larger canvas.

Brahmin In the name of open, Baniya and Rajputs only Reservation is eating up, at the same time SC/ST/OBC's reservation is also eating....That's why SC/ST/OBC quota Haven't been full for the last 65 years. The situation of OBC is extremely pathetic .... Their Population is 52% and they got reservation Only 27.5% !! Crimilair's economic policy put by manuvadi brahmins on OBC reservation which Have made zero reservation for OBC communiry .... Therefore, the quota of OBC Only 4.1% full and rest of the OBC's left Reservation has been grabbed by Brahmins That's why for all castes according to population Reservation should be given by taking CENSUS. If Brahmin is 3.5% So they only get 3.5% in Govt/ Semi Govt / Private / Public Sector Jobs , Land & Natural Resouses... If Upper Caste is 10 % So they only get 10 % in Govt/ Semi Govt / Private / Public Sector Jobs , Land & Natural Resouses... If SC ST OBC & CONVERTED MINORITY Caste is Nearly 90% So they only get 90 % in Govt/ Semi Govt / Private / Public Sector Jobs , Land & Natural Resouses... ie After taking Population Wise Census all illegally grabbed Govt/ Semi Govt / Private / Public Sector Jobs , Land & Natural Resouses by So called Brahmins and Upper Caste people must distribute Population wise sothat all communities get chance , oppertunity , resources to grow and develop. That's why for all castes according to population Reservation should be given. all illegally grabbed Govt/ Semi Govt / Private / Public Sector Jobs , Land & Natural Resouses by So called Brahmins and Upper Caste people must be replaced by SC/ ST/OBC and Converted minority communities.
