I just found your channel for neck/back pain because I’ve been spending $600 per month on acupuncture and chiro for the last 3 years. My husband told me I need to do stuff at home more since I just quit my corporate job to be full time biz owner 😲. Anyway...Your channel has helped me SO SO SO MUCH. just wanted to thank you 🙏🏼 I am obsessed 🤩

Hey Lisa, wow that is quite the expense and sometimes those treatments don't address the musculoskeletal issue underlying the pain. I'd highly recommend our online coaching via www.flowshala.com - we have a 30 Day Flow Special going right now. Generally with about 4-6 months of regular consistent practice, you can improve back pain quite significantly. Classes to take: Mindful Mechanics, Foundation Training, and work up to 2+ strength & HIIT classes a week.

@@SummerHuntington do you think the 30 days will be more useful than the mobility class?
@SummerHuntington3 жыл бұрын
@@LisaGallegos absolutely! I recommend gettting started with 30 days to Flow Challenge, then staying consistent 3-4 months or more for real shifts in your pain levels and in your musculoskeletal system. It takes time to train your nervous system to move differently and overcome compensation patterns.

I’m finding the day after using the red roller my entire back is sore. All the muscles are aching. It’s almost like a delayed onset muscle soreness from the rad roller. Does anyone else experienced this? Maybe I’m overdoing it

Yes it’s likely you may need more instruction, and to address compensation patterns. Check out www.FlowShala.com and ask about classes, or private training
