You two ladies addressed an issue rarely mentioned about feeling lost in homemaker identity. So many marriages fail when the woman doesn’t know how to overcome that. This was helpful and cathartic for me. Thank you both

I love Radhi so much. The way she thinks and navigates her thoughts and life. I love this! ❤❤

Great discussion! Although after hearing Radhi's thoughts on her last name, I'm not sure why the name on this episode title is 'Radhi Shetty' and 'Radhi Devlukia-Shetty' is used in the description. It would be thoughtful to use the one that she articulates as her true identity - Radhi Devlukia.

Thank you for sharing all of this, but especially the part about your name. I could so relate about taking my husbands name and being affiliated with his works when I have my own. And this was so eye-opening to me. And …it’s not just a name! Thank you for being YOU!!

Really appreciate you for sharing your wisdom Radhi. But please try using the correct terms when you are explaining about INDIAN culture and AYURVEDIC practices. Like its not a "Body Scan" , its called "Yoga Nidra", "Toungue Scraping" is not Ayurvedic ONLY, its an INDIAN practice. Im mentioning this because I know there are SOOO MANY things to be changed in INDIAN culture which you talked about (Patriarchy) and I 1000% agree.. BUT PLEASE give the credit where its DUE too... All love for you ❤❤❤

I like to eat well and healthy. For me, no take out food tastes just as good, so I don’t mind cooking for me. It’s not much more work to increase portions. Women often look down on women who cook while at the same time celebrate the take out food made by a chef who often happens to be a man. That’s where I see the problem. Not that it is a cultural thing but rather an appreciation issue.

I don’t see an issue with either way as it’s a preference and we are all different.

This is such an eye-opening episode for me!! Thank you so much for all you both do. You touched a nerve of mine about feeling less than or like I'm not being the strong woman I want to be by doing certain things for the man I'm with. The point of view you both talked about was a huge Aha moment. And the going for a walk while crying or feeling sad was awesome. Duality! You two knocked this out of the park!! I'm not even done with the episode and just gotten soo much out of it.

Interesting that 38mins in, she expresses her need and desire to be known by her maiden name - yet the title puts her married name - something that she doesnt actually like. Almost as if it validates that fear, that had the surname Shetty not been noted, would there have been the same amount of clicks to watch because people recognise her husbands surname more than her own.😢
