unglaublich schön, dass jeder zylinder sein eigenes auspüffchen hat! sternförmig kommt das abgas dann über die haube des fliegers und hinterlässt ne charaktersitische spur :D! echt super!

Too cool! Stack two of those together and add a supercharger, and you've got a miniature Wasp Major.

absolutely brilliant! would be great in a motorbike; with the right gearing it could probably put out some insane bhp, and the sound is unbelievable! it sounds so beautiful;rich and hungry to be unleashed

I sure would like to know what kind of compression ratio and fuel you're using. That's just down right amazing. Good job! Now all you have to do is put it in something to make that work useful. I would also suggest a starter alternator.

I bet people said that to Henry Ford, Einstein, Wright bros, Graham Bell, Ben Franklin, Thomas Edison. Just think how shitty the wold would be if they had listened to those nay sayers. It is people like this guy that think, design, and build new machines or ideas that make our world a better place.

@aviatorsbh15 жыл бұрын
Was soll das denn heißen??? Der Motor wiegt vielleicht geschätzte 5-6kg. Damit könnte man ein ca. 20-30 kg schweres Modell antreiben. An welche Modelle hast Du denn gedacht? Etwa an eine Constellation mit vier solchen Motoren? Aber auch dann noch dürfte man sehr weit unter den 150 kg bleiben. Vielleicht 60-70?

Duh helo das folken, I used ta be an USCG. AD3 and worked on R1820 radial eng, on the HU16e Grumman (Goat)Albatross seaplane. If they,r properly maintaned they are extremly reliable. Even now 50 to 60 years after they where manufactured they are still being rebuilt and flying realiably. The metal tech. is so much better these days these eng,s should be very reliable.They need to install an electronic ignition syst. for model aircraft use is all.1/4 scale P40sFW190,HU16e,s in da future I hope!!!
