Finally! I've been trying to upload this interview for quite a while, since December 2020 but KZbin wouldn't let me. I tried again tonight and guess what - it worked!I cannot express appreciation for this man enough. To me, he is one of the clearest in his expression.Down to earth human being. John never considered himself as a non-duality 'teacher', meaning he always stayed real. Some might understand what it means. Thanks to Allin Taylor for the interview via Let's Get Real. This goes a while back but John's message is always clear, especially if one opens their heart (core) to it. Great stuff. Thank you, Sabine. Yes, I believe John is, hands-down, the best "pointer" to everpresent Self/Reality there has ever been. Also, Allin Taylor, as you're probably aware, is Annette Nibley, who wrote the forward to one of John's books. I first heard this several years ago. Do you exist? Are you aware? That's what Nisargadatta and Ramana Maharshi were pointing to. It is that simple. This was the most important pointer I have encountered and it was very useful.

in a video with David Bingham, I just learned how my mind can sneak into a moment of me knowing or realization something and STEAL the show by making: comments, judgments, criticizing, comparing, etc and make me believe I am the mind and it's heavy distractions or attitudes. I've been a prisoner of my mind for years and never knew it until seeing that video with David! David compared this sneaky mind as a Sports Commentator making statements and judgements during a game!!!! OMG, my sneaky little big mouthed mind has something to say about everything I've ever seen or witnessed....like a backstabbing gossip....operating as ME. I see or feel something and then, suddenly, a little critic (my own mind) pops in to make comments or display an attitude - usually of contempt! I unwittingly take this bad mouthed intruder as MYSELF. David makes it clear that I do not need to allow the intruding mind to take over and wreck the moment!

It's more of a feeling than a thought but many ppl are taught to ignore or mistrust their simple feelings in favor of THINKING about & analyzing life & things. "Gut feelings" often come BEFORE thoughts & thinking. My TRUE NATURE is felt more than mentally conceived of. "I AM" is actually a felt reality - not simply a thought. The FEELING: "I am" or "This is" doesn't need a thought to confirm its reality....I know I am simply by FEELING alive & present.... perhaps this is also true for you....😮
