Nicely done! Real quick - you nailed it on the first track "Burn the Witch" - it has one of if not the best Radiohead Music Videos to go along with it - it seems like they exist wholly for each other and I SO recommend going and checking it out ASAP! This is Radiohead in their prime, middle age mode, been together for 30 years now, members are getting their own Grammy nominations on their solo or side projects, lead guitarist Johnny Greenwood now has 2 Oscar nominations for orchestral movie music scores, so he just grows as a massive musical force himself, and is one of if not the most sought after modern classical composers on the planet right now (never a bad thing for your band when you need advice on a chord change - hey Johnny and your 2 Academy Award nominated brain, what goes here best- this is them just making a pretty, dreamy and emotionally sensitive grand album. It is a lush beautiful multi-layered record with lots of multi-listen growing songs, but beautiful on first listen - there are some incredible songs on here - make all of us in our 30's and 40's who haven't made it in music remember these dudes nearing 50 can still make an album like this. Hope is not lost - just the partying and backstage 4-somes. Maybe. We are getting #10 soon from Radiohead, or LP10 in 'fanspeak'(just my belief, no inside info - but the fact that the 2 leaders Thom and Johnny made their own band which absolutely is KILLER if you haven't listened to any of their songs and missed the concert - named 'The Smile'), the fact they created the side project "The Smile" who have so many more great songs written (they've released like 4 or 5 as singles) they claim, they can't figure out what to even include on final album cut, bodes well they will all have the itch and will grab the rest of the crew and get into the studio together in 2023 - my prediction! But check out "The Smile" the band - they just rip into some songs like a punk band and others are so delicate and simple (3 piece with a wicked alt-rock jazz drummer who is amazing and Thom and Johnny trading off guitar, bass, and synth). But Moon Shaped Pool - it is an album that shouldn't be over listened to but will grow on you as a classic favorite if even just popping it on once a year or 2. And some exceptions - "Daydreaming" and "Present Tense" for example - just phenomenal tracks. But yo my brother - thanks for these full album joints and for real, go check out the "Burn the Witch" Music Video - it is so disturbingly sick and cool and perfect with the music - you'll never forget it.
