I graduated from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland which is the body that recruit applicants into training scheme in Radiology, I also completed my internship in Ireland, do you think someone like me have a good a chance of being accepted into a training scheme in Radiology???

If you are in the top 55 at the MSRA, you get the sport? Is that going to continue ? Or just for this year?

Unlikely to continue. Allows London to be saturated with random people from other specialties who fluke their way into Radiology.

Is this for basic Radiology degree? This almost sounds as though its a higher level radiography?

You're probably confusing radiographer (a profession) with radiologist (a medical specialty).
