This is one of the many crawlspace encapsulation jobs I do. It is unique because of the subterranean drilling as well as the way I blend the system into the home.

Dude, great idea for using that container for all the dirt and using cardboard to separate it from the mulch!!! I’m definitely going to start doing that!

Thanks Matthew. It makes things look like they've magically always been there for sure!

Hey Scott, aspiring mitigation specialist here, I was just curious for your submembrane jobs how do you normally do your suction points? I've seen diagrams of a pvc T being used with a corrugated drain pipe run through but I had concerns over the stability of such a setup and it was a little hard to tell what was going on in this video at the suction points. Your videos have helped me out a ton, God bless

Hi Chaz, I do them a bit differently now. Here is my most applicable video to your question. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o5zPm4tpobx1h8k I've got another one coming out soon that should be of help. Thanks for watching!

Why did you put this on the front of the home?!??
@radonman6800 Жыл бұрын
Hi Michael. Although circumstances have actually forced me to put a system on the front of maybe 1-2 homes in my career, this one is not. This particular system is situated on the far side of the home but TOWARDS the front. Why towards the front on this home? Probably shrubbery or slope of the land against the home. (it's been a few years) Getting electricity to the fan is also a factor for placement of the system. Thanks for watching.

Hey Radon Man, where about are you in Va? I’m close to Richmond, can you give me a price on testing for radon and also installing the system.

Hi JGray. www.nrsb.org (National Radon Safety Board) will have a list of certified radon professionals. Just plug in your zip code and folks in your area should pop up. 😃
