lets not forget how often was RZA on point with almost everything though. From his 5 year plan of getting all these brothers together to form the Clan and blow up, signing to Loud with the option to sign solo artists (never done before), sending each member to different labels to take over the industry, spending his 20's in his basement producing platinum records, moving on to promote Wu in the film industry, ect. The way he's managed Wu-Tang's legacy in the last 10 years has been nothing short of genius. I bet its hard to disagree with someone that sees the future.

You HAVE to be forever grateful to that dude after coming from where they came from. He stood tall for them in label meetings and all that. Leadership theory speaks about the psychological states of man. First you seek dependence (as a child and even an adult in a new situation). Secondly, you seek independence when you learn and acquire the requisite skills. Most persons pursue independence. However, the theory says that there is a higher state and is the highest, and it is interdependence. This is where a group or society work together for the common good. GZA and RZA, whether by intuition or by external wisdom, pursued interdependence after their own solo Careers. That outcome was Wu Tang and the killer bees. No single Wu member will ever exceed what the group accomplished.
