Raelan, I just wanted to tell you not to underestimate the healing power that *YOU* possess. Many of your guests take a very ominous approach to being guests on your channel because they have an online program to sell. Some of the most helpful insight lately has come from *YOU* so thank you and please don’t stop 🙏🏻✌🏻

Happiness...maybe? I think I want to live a life that's full. Which is probably a life that throws some crap at me. The point is I think to not drown in reactivity to bad things happening but take them as they come and learn that it's not external circumstances that define us but how we show up for ourselves and the world around us. Easier said than done. I'm not sure that pursuing happiness as the one and only end goal can be truly successful.

So good Raelan! Thank you so much for sharing. It totally makes sense! I like the screen door analogy on our thoughts! Just let it go right through and don’t hold onto it! And choosing to be happy regardless of your circumstances can be hard, but it will be very beneficial!

But what if what the madwoman in my head says is true? I have gained so much weight from this adrenal fatigue that I am a fat pig. Truth. And not a bite of sugar, carbs, man-made garbage passes my lips, except for ONCE at Christmas. I can no longer workout or walk. No matter what I do, I can’t lose the weight and I’m extremely depressed about that. My whole life has been ripped from me because of this illness.

If your best friend was in the same position that you fiind yourself in right now, would you call her a fat pig? I don't think so. Please give yourself the same respect and compassion as you would any of your friends. :-) Be kind to yourself. Nobody has the right to call you names. Not even you :-) . Best wishes!
