He acts like roxas. Same name and personality but different face. Roxas is Sora nobody with ventus face. A nobody is a body without a heart. They can lookalike but in roxas case he doesn’t lookalike Sora. Xemnas is a special nobody because his name is from ansem and his real name is xehanort.

No thays Dawn and Don, the tornado twins in the comics. CW changed it to them being Nora and Bart, one named named after Barry's mom and the other after Barry's nickname when using his actual government.
