15cr is like 1.8 million USD ... You need 0.9 million to get a green card in EB5 and the other 0.9 million can get you a much bigger space , probably a townhome new construction in New Jersey close to New York. I am sure closer home , Dubai also will give you much better options

What about the work or business,is it that convenient to shift your base to a different country(not only city) just for a house's sake? And you mentioned new jersey townhouse,.. why is it so cheaper that nyc? Because nobody wants to live there!

@@dannybrook3611what i wrote are facts .. whether you want to move to another country will depend on circumstances.. if you are in technology, you can easily move to usa as there are plenty of jobs , business , doctors, lawyers not so much .. same goes with dubai … the comparisons i made was to show you how inflated the proce of this place is and the quality is really bad.. also New jersey is bot cheap , it depends on the type of property you buy .. an apartment like this one in a similar condition might command a good price close to the city but anywhere else it will be considerably low priced

There are too many cons. It's an extremely old building with a weird floor plan. Whoever buys it will have to gut it out completely and then redesign it. They will spend more money on the interiors and MEP than the actual value of the apartment. A structural audit of the full complex and a redevelopment plan also need to be discussed. Only then can any buyer make an offer.

My father was in Central Govt, we used to stay in Hyderabad estate, Nepeansea Road, more than 25 years back....we used to get much superior Sea as well as PDP view from our balcony and room windows....I really love the locality
