I like this move by Atlanta. Morris seems like a solid guy all around (and literally saves lives). The years since Tampa will no doubt help him this time around. Plus if he does a good job, he can be there for a decade, something that Belichick can't really offer. I also imagine he's going to look at Bijan and Kyle PItts and think, "Gosh, maybe we should design an offense that gets the ball into their hands"

Falcons gonna Falcon… Decent coordinator but rolling with the candidate with a 21 - 38 record is pretty fitting for the Falcons next hire. I’m assuming Wormtongue f’ed this up whispering in the ear of Saruman. Lost the potential for an opportunity to build a championship organization from the inside out. Let’s hear it for 3 more years of 7 - 10 records! I hope I’m wrong but, time will tell.

First off, Blank is known for holding onto coaches for too long. Second, he should have fired McKay years ago and brought in a new GM and let them hire the head coach. Lastly, Blank is too hands-on and should keep his dumbass in the booth and leave the decisions to those in charge !! Do us all a favor and sell the team to someone who will do just that. Morris wasn't even on my top 5 list... after 40 plus yrs, I'm done !! Was this a DEI hire?

Yes if we were in a situation Were we Fire the entire front office kind of like what Did 3 years ago I think he would Have been a A perfect fit but with all the front office changes that have been made more importantly the GM has done a great job over the last 3 years and I think it would be Morally wrong to demote him or fire him

I think this also points to a potential Staley back to the rams scenario as DC w/ Sean deseai taking a DB coach position. Since Staley and Deseai coached under Fangio in Chicago a few years back

Harbaugh was my top choice, never wanted Bill Belichick. I just hope Raheem gets a good OC, find a replacement for DC that’s as good as Ryan Nielsen, and most importantly doesn’t make Ridder the starter and go find the franchise QB. They might need to release Heinicke and find a better veteran qb to play backup.
