Brothers. Found the ultimate iteration. Follow every detail, except, add a half tablespoon of instant pudding into the microwave mix. Add an ADDITIONAL splash of milk into the mixer bowl with the 1/4 of water, a dollop of greek yogurt and the smallest dash of xantham gum; frens it is the most sensational texture dessert i have ever laid my supple tongue upon. You should boil half the water then add gelatin and sugar, mix for two min then add the other half of the water chilled and then start mixing with a whisk. Gelatin melts in order to dissolve, that's why you start with boiling water when making jello. It's also why it melts when you microwave it.

Again, I am not very knowledgable in this kind of stuff so can someone tell me if there are any downsides to consuming a lot of these.

Just with the erythritol, on average a person can consume about 1 gram per kilo of body weight with no major health risks according to studies surrounding the matter. So while you couldn’t eat 10 batches of these safely, one batch couldn’t hurt in the long run

have you thought about making low calorie high protien rice crispy treats/bars
@RahulKamat3 жыл бұрын
Yup! I’ve tried it and it hasn’t come out just right yet, but hopefully soon!

Made this recipe without a stand mixer because I don't have one and it took me about 20 mins to whisk it by hand 😅 was kind of worth it tho. I also used erythrotol because that's all I had, tastes pretty similar to a marshmallow 👍
@RahulKamat2 жыл бұрын
Now that’s commitment! Bet you burned more calories whisking by hand than in the actual entire recipe haha

Big fan of Maple extract. Will this work with Oobli sweet or Allulose? Birthday cake mallows! Yum.

I haven’t tried those sweeteners so not sure

Ever since i found out what imitation vanilla extract is, i can't eat anabolic french toast the same.
@RahulKamat3 жыл бұрын
Haha I feel like real vanilla tastes better but I believe imitation is slightly lower calorie

This recipe is amazing! While putting the fluff into the container, I couldn't stop myself from eating it straight from the bowl:D One suggestion: You tend to raise your voice at the end of your sentences. It sounds a bit unnatural- I noticed this when I was listening to you while I was whipping these up. I mean no harm, just pointing something out:)
@RahulKamat3 жыл бұрын
Hahaha the fluff does taste great! Thanks for the feedback, I’m not trying to do that on purpose but I’ll work on improving :)

You should make some of the Erithritol into powdered sugar. Very easy using a high power blender like the ninja or food processor. Then it would dissolve very easy in the water. I usually make some and store it in plastic bag for use in baking.
