I like Powers Johnson at LG with Kolton Miller, and Parham/Munford on the right side. I think those 2 guys go well together. One is super fast, the others super strong.

The best part of having Crosby on the other side of the ball is that he will expose the weaknesses. And AP will make the necessary changes if needed. Eveyone has to meet the energy of both these guys.

Guys, it’s too early for any of us to worry about Kolton. Betting he doesn’t need OTA’s anyway, so best he gets that shoulder right. He’ll have time to develop some chemistry with JPJ.

So the bigger question is I know you didn't believe in Thayer Mumford, I wasn't so out on the guy, The coaching staff liked him I kinda felt like he was developing slowly He's the biggest question mark on our o line. But I'm cautiously comfortable with him starting at right tackle.

Parham is too small for the NFL. Strong for his size but too small. He was actually a center at Memphis. Technically, he's pretty sound but unfortunately gets manhandled a lot by the better inside linemen

Does anyone else see a lack of faith in Glaze right now? It seems strange to me that Munford wouldn't be stepping in at LT and Glaze playing RT. I fully understand that Glaze needs work, but the fact that they aren't even considering it right now says a lot. Parham was a RG until the Raiders cut John Simpson. That forced Parham into the LG role.

I see they've picked up ANOTHER WR, Alex Bachman. Is this a camp body, he seems to have been around the league without much production. Also, does it seem like some of the UDFA are going to stick, like WR and O-line? What are your thoughts on some of these guys? And Colton Miller is a stalwart on the line, but maybe its time to start considering a plan B, due to nagging injuries?

Peat was signed for depth. Rarely does an entire o-line get through a season without injuries. It's only a 1 year deal and he has starting experience. There is no upside for Wagner, he's destined for the practice squad again. Too big and too slow to start.

It depends on how much damage was done to his shoulder. He probably had an injection to get through the season. I've had but shoulders surgically repaired. That rehab is no joke. It takes some work man, it really does.

Andre James is still serviceable for this season, and a vet so you make this move for team chemistry. But James knows that he'll be replaced by JPJ sooner than later so it motivates him to improve his game this season.

Although James isn’t a world beater he is definitely a starter in this league so plug powers in at guard while he acclimates to the nfl and then take over for the center for the next decade. We would have had to many holes if we cut James as he wouldn’t have played guard

He will be next year. James can't play guard too small and isn't strong enough. We couldn't go into the draft needing another interior lineman. So we signed James to a friendly deal. No way the Riders thought JPJ would be available in the 2nd
