Flew into Bradley? I was right there about three weeks ago, at a tag sale under a glide path . Been in that Manchester Goodwill before. The Savers ($penders) too. The high price tags are one reason I don't go there often. That, and it's a hike. It's just as well you didn't look at jewelry in the Spenders; it's darned near retail. Y'all drove past the Goodspeed Playhouse on the way to what's left of the Crystal Mall. The sub museum was probably Groton; there a big sub base there and the Coast Guard Academy isn't far off.

John, you were within 50 miles of me. It's funny to see you driving on 84 and 91, and parking in the Big Y parking lot. Unfortunately, the thrifting in Connecticut is pretty bad - I go to the Savers in Orange, it's pitiful. Looks like you went to the one in Newington, and then Brookfield There are a lot of Goodwills, but most of them are pretty bad. I've never been to Red, White and Blue - maybe I'll hit it when I'm up there - I play golf at a course fairly near by. Let me teach you a bit of Connecticut - Waterbury is drugs and gangs, Waterford is a decent shore town. Did you fly into Bradley? It's probably even smaller than Green Bay.
