Ive seen hundreds of backyard ponds and this one is simply hands down the best one. It is so natural looking, nearly every other one Ive seen you can always see the point of origin which kinda takes away the effect of it looking natural.

This is the most beautifully landscaped pond I've EVER seen! I'm drooling over how that lungwort and water lettuce are growing, the impatiens and that beautiful black elephant ear! I wish you could give us a short video starting from your front yard walking along that path into the back yard. I am counting the days until the ground breaks on my Aquascape swim pond the middle of next month! Would love to create a path like that from the front to the back, create the mystery before the reveal! Again....this is a gorgeous set up! ❤❤❤❤

Beautiful project! It's awesome to see how well you designed it so that many years later it looks even better than original. For that elephant ear, if you save just the base (called the corm - looks like a potato) and keep it dark and dry in your basement over winter, you can replant it next spring.
