Being a child in the Twelve Tribes cult is unlike any other place. Kids are a main focus of the group, and there is a very clear way to raise them. I raised two kiddos in the group until my oldest was 4, then we got out. Here's what I can pass on, in a very basic way, about raising children in the Twelve Tribes.

Glad to hear you're enjoying them☺️ I enjoy making them. I think we can all relate to some degree to other people making choices for us, whether it's conscious or subconscious. Cheers😁

The one thing that impressed me the most was that the entire time I was there no one expressed anger, impatience or irritation.

That is so true. And it's really important in the group to not let emotions lead you. If you express raw emotions you basically don't have the spirit. So people either have a magic spirit, or have learned to control themselves enough to not get mad. It happens, but is frowned upon.

I came into the community through Manitou Springs. Seyah and his fam were instrumental. I was there for 10 years and live in VA now. I have a homestead. I was thinking about sharing my story too on my channel. Been wanting for awhile.

@@jillybeenz8699 No, I am from NJ. I left to live in Colorado in my twenties. I started in Estes Park, but made my way down to Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs a few years later. I visited the community in Colorado Springs in 2001 for a Friday night gathering. They reeled me in and I lived with Seyah and his fam in Loveland before getting baptized at Morning Star Ranch in California. I drove out with some brothers to ask Yoneq questions and they invited me to live in the California communities. After two years they sent me to Boston. I was born in East Coast, so I knew they would send me back there.

It almost sounds like an almost wholesome place to raise children, when its really a hellish place for kids. Why are the beatings and child abuse so glossed over here? "Corrections" is just code for beatings with rods, no matter how young the children are. And no toys, no playing, no interacting with other kids, no reading, not being allowed to dev. as a full human being, honnestly it sounds just joyless. It's scary that they can brainwash parents into still seeing "the good parts". No "good parts" even out the child abuse.

@@jillybeenz8699 But do the wicked perish or are they still alive somewhere? There is hope, however, for anyone who is among the living; for even a live dog is better than a dead lion. You do not have a soul that is eternal The soul that sins shall die. Only Jesus has immortality! 1Timothy 1 16 God is not stupid. He does not give immortality to wicked people and not the devil They are hurled into the lake of fire, which is a symbol of the second death Death from which there is no,return!
