Development of a country is possible only if there is complete participation of all genders be it a man , women and transgender because each and every one of us has capacity and capability to take the nation at the highest peak . Today when we are celebrating womens day is itself a testamony that we want women participation also in the workforce and the reason why the govt wants the country to flourish with narishakti as well. Today unlike other nations like taliban , India is way forward to improve the condition of the section that deserve to be an important part in the whole nation's growth and the reason why govt now hiring women in NDA as well in addition to women cricket team equal pay as men highlights the importance that the govt is giving on the vital section of the society. Well as we are moving up digitally as well so we need to give this as an opportunity to women to strengthen themselves and this is happening as well. Many women are earning lakhs now with the help of digitalisation in home only and they got the capability to step out as well . The only thing that worrying is digi fraud and harrassment, that is something needs to look at of we want an advantage position here as well. Well women are climbing high now and we wish for the continuity as well.
