What's happening in Raleigh (Wake County) is dayum shame. It's really unaffordable to a lot of people that's been here all their life. Alot of the local people dont want to be compared to Austin about anything. High cost of living and bad traffic.

Raleigh is one of the top 5 places people are leaving Austin to move to, believe it or not. Growth has its pains but also creates jobs, builds equity in houses for homeowners, and gives the city more money to invest in businesses, parks, and things to do.
