Someone needing a person to pray with may be uncomfortable doing it by themselves not always bad intentions i prefer to pray alone myself i just feel more focused and at peace.

I was raised Catholic, never understood the confessional, even as a child it didn’t make sense to go into a booth and have a human tell me reverse the rosary beads and you’ll be forgiven. I asked my parents is it like a Superman phone booth?? I’ve studied a few religions and Islam has such an amazing conviction. Ramadan Kareem! Keep the videos coming!

@@west44fan1 In an ideal world, priests would keep their mouths shut! about whatever they hear there. But..of course..they are humans. And to further encourage this topic: Even if you could recognize a voice, not seeing the face is quite hard to pin-point the person.

@@Silviu86syd I’m sorry, I should clarify. This is why I like the Islamic religion, because your relationship is with God. There is a prayer that if you truly feel repentant you declare not to a middle party, but to God himself. The relationship actually feels personal. I have seen priests drunk and act “out of church character” for lack of better words...
