Baas did get pictures of the car and said to detain him at all costs and anything illegal gives him PC AND RS to search the warehouse but I don’t think it was relayed very well to the other cops because Ramee could have been detained on his illegal gun since he doesn’t have a license but angel promised to look only for drugs in his pockets so Baas was pissed. He was actually in that Banshee in the background UC watching if you look closely. Later on in the day, the boys ran into Baas again and Ramee made a jab at him about getting pulled over and sniffed at the gas station.
