Hello Jun! I recommend trying Yushoken or Mendokoro at Molito Alabang. They serve a rich, thick broth ramen that has become a favorite among many Filipinos. I'm curious to see if Japanese people will enjoy it as well! Ps, Tantanmen or Tokusei Tsukemen + Gyoza are my faves

Hanamaruken is a Japanese franchise. I tried their branch in Osaka. It is known for their Happiness ramen it has a huge slice of pork on top

I’ve lived near Alabang Town Center but never tried Hanamaruken since I usually frequent Ramen Nagi (just outside of ATC) or Mendokoro Ramenba in Molito but I’ll try it next time now that you’ve had your review of it as a Japanese person. 😁

i think Hanamaruken is also the most affordable ramen that's not instant iirc (not counting Kyukyu Ramen)

I don't know why the server said the tonkotsu was their best seller, but you should have tried the signature happiness ramen. That's their specialty. Give it a try when you come back next time.
