I just figured it out. He said he had the nuts on the first hand. And the graphic said that he didn’t. But at 2:17 you can actually see the real board on the table and the graphics are wrong. The board has 3h Qs Jc on the flop. Kd on turn. 2c on River. So he did have the nuts and the graphics are just wrong.

Why does he call the ace high straight "the nuts" on the first hand? Wouldn't literally any 2 pocket clubs beat his hand? Maybe I'm just dumb. I get he has the blocker to the ace high flush, but how is a straight the nuts with a possible flush out there?

Love the vids dude keep it up. Just pondering the QQ hand early on. Perhaps a bit more thought on the A turn check back. If your worried about the spades it means he's called your 3 bet with KsQs at best and worst maybe Js10s but that's a little loose to be opening UTG. Which limits to kq or kj, kj seems loose also. Again if he has AK and connects he's calling your very large flop bet with ace high after you've shown alot of strength. Seems unlikely. Which puts him on an underpair to your queen's. A bet is needed to protect from the spade draw which unfortunately comes in. Your far more advanced than I, just seemed a little rapid to assume your checking the turn. Rock and roll, Jack

@@pushthepot wait til you get a new dealer, or your neighbor tosses his cards onto yours thinking you folded. Cards across the line is a fold to me. Chips across the line is a bet to me.

@@RealDJStew724 it is not a fold until your cards hit the muck AND are unrecoverable, unless further action has taken place. But the dealer might accidentally take your cards you’re right, but there does have to be a motion. The line is called the betting line, and it’s only for bets.

Hey Ninja Turtle! I really liked your 8/2 0ff. I've done that so many times, its fun to see someone like me playing it. I think you got called because you didn't bet big enough on the river... when I'm in the BB SB BTN I'll play any rag, especially with a deuce because I'm calling the pot if it's been raised and there are a few callers. Maybe I'll outplay them, maybe not but I'm trying it catch cards. Big difference. Playing well may keep you out of trouble, folding works in small pots, but you have to catch cards to win big. That set of 8s is the classic example. And when you catch that deuce or J K Q on the turn or river it's sweet! And then in the BB SM you can bluff the river if it hits and you don't have it. They know you'll play that rag in first position so it sets a precedent in their mind. Bluffing is always a risky move but the Ninja doesn't care if he loses, so long as the other guy doesn't win. That's poker. Know when to holdem, folder, stack rack and run. Go gettem kiddo...

I remember calling down a king high with my pocket fives when the flop was T98. He couldn't believe it and got mad because "that's not how you play your hand."
