This is the song I love so much and have listened to so many times that I remember the melody by heart. That's why there are no notes :) But I looked on the most famous site, there is a version for piano, it may help you.

Ok ty, I found a version with string instruments, I learnt the first few notes, and I just improvise the rest, I know the melody very well so I should be able to learn it like this
