Please stop spreading rumors about Erica Lindbeck. I've already gotten three comments claiming that she stepped away from the show because her husband died and one that claimed it was because her _fiancé_ died. Billy Kavetz did, unfortunately pass away after losing the fight to colon cancer. Erica Lindbeck was dating him and was no doubt heartbroken. But there has been no official statement from either Spindlehorse or Erica Lindbeck about her stepping away from the show, Billy died almost a full year ago, and and they were neither married nor engaged. To be clear, I'm not pointing out that "it was a long time ago" and "they were never engaged" to downplay the tremendous grief that Erica undoubtedly felt after he passed. I'm pointing these things out because it's a clear indication that tons of people are blindly spreading this rumor around and absolutely nobody actually checked to see if any of it was true first. _Edit 6/6/23_ _Lololol Viv and Erika just personally confirmed that these rumors weren't true and that these episodes played out exactly as they were originally intended._

I dont think there was even any conflict from moxxie about not doing anything during that and making millie have to go against his dad (which to him is a terrifying person you DO NOT want to cross) Millie was forced to cross him because of him and is now a possible target (the only other person who was great to moxxie and that he loved was killed for crossing him) I think it would have been slightly better if moxxie atleast reflects on this and shows him wanting to get better to this time mabye protect millie We've already seen Millie be injured before so its not like she's immune to injuries and with how much Moxxie's dad did to him by just sneaking up on him with a taser, What would he do if he managed to find Millie with her guard down (sneak up to her in a busy place or distract her by threatening moxie or something) I haven't seen the latest episodes because i stopped watching after the striker episode cuz the writing was just annoying me too much, and it frustrates me because i want this show to be good, it deserves to be good and has a great premise and ideas, but for some reason vivsie just doesn't let it reach its full potential in favour for quick and emotional moments without good build up I might be wrong (since i haven't seen the latest episodes ofc) so this is just my take on it. You missed a sin, at least to my knowledge. Loona is still sitting in the same seat on her phone in the office since the IMP left. They stayed the night at Crimson’s place meaning either Loona decided to be in the same position in the same seat and not doing anything when she came back to work the next day, or she sat there for the entire day until the IMP returned. Before anyone says that the former is entirely possible, like he said, it’s not up to the audience to make assumptions and even so, it feels out of character for Loona to go back to work when no one is even there and Blitz isn’t there to tell her to go to work.

I said it before and I'll say it again, it was really disappointing that Moxxie gets that awesome monologue moment against his dad only for him to get knocked out. But it was also so predictable that I just sighed when it happened, it wasn't even funny, just disappointing. Also, thanks for the frame by frame on what Millie did for that guy's gun to jam, because I watched it so many times trying to figure out what happened, I was so confused, lol. Great video, btw. A couple notes here: 6:54 I never actually explained the significance of that line, namely the fact that it clearly hints at Crimson being a father who outright disapproved of his son's sexuality. I'm sure that most people could have probably figured that out, though. 7:36 Not sure why that static effect tanked the video's framerate, but there's not much I can do about it now. 9:15 I don't know why I said this part so fast and I really wish I had a second take I could have used. 14:50 I didn't notice this episode's post-credits "In Memoriam" bit of this episode until after I finished editing it and it would have been a massive pain to change it. 15:03 I kinda messed up this joke by claiming that "most cars used to have radios" when most cars STILL have radios as far as I can tell. What I really meant to say was that those radio preset buttons used to be the easiest and most convenient way to listen to music in the car, but that era is long gone now. 16:13 I missed a sin here: Gas cans do not explode when you shoot them. Yeah, I watched Mythbusters, too. That's a lot of post-production notes that I definintely should have worked into the actual video, but this video already went through numerous rewrites and re-recordings and each change to the video is a huge pain to implement when the video is nearly complete. Plus, the fact that the episode 4 was coming out soon kinda stressed me out a little and I just wanted to get this video out the door already. This one was a real headache to make. Also, this video was actually finished like a week ago but I waited until Helluva Boss was relevant again for max ad revenue because I need the money. :(

Yeah, I thought I made it clear that removing the guard would require a few re-writes to make the whole thing work but I think that it would have been worth it. Plus, it wouldn't even be that hard. Give Crimson a throwaway line about how Moxxie "wouldn't be stupid enough to cross me," so he doesn't even bother putting a guard there. Just put Moxxie and Millie in the same room together and have Moxxie be too scared to tell her the truth. I can literally envision exactly how they would do this scene. "Millie, there's something I have to tell you. I-" _[Sudden traumatic flashback to when Crimson threatened him a few minutes ago, maybe even just a single FRAME of that flashback.]_ "Moxxie, what is it? What did you want to tell me?" "...Never mind. It's nothing." See? It's not that hard.

I mean, how can feel sorry for these characters’ when they literally showed a police helicopter blow up a house of a murder family with kids for laughs? TW Sexual assult mentions and mentions of parental abuse There is a BIG issue that the episode has that bugs me. And it's not even within the episode itself: it's the warnings. Or rather, lack of warnings. They should have had a warning for the scene where Chaz is trying to get Moxxie to have sex with him (and I'll explain why) and a warning for parental abuse. Starting with the Chaz scene, I know it's meant to be funny and I could maybe give the lack of warning for the scene where Chaz tries to get Moxxie to fuck him IF the moment that happened right afterwards didn't happen. Moxxie literally breaks down crying like someone would after an assault. That small moment is treating what Chaz did to Moxxie was sexual assault. And I know that could be triggering to a lot of people. Next up is the parental abuse with Moxxie's dad. I feel like why this should have been given a warning in the beginning. It's a big part of the story. And if a parent abusing their kid is a big part of the story, it needs a goddamn warning. I know they had their usual warnings, but would it have killed them to edit the opening warnings a little. I realize that this problem is, unfortunately, not new (the Addict video is an example) but it really upsets me a lot that these weren't given warnings as I know these things can be really triggering (I should also say for anyone wondering that I am not sharing if I've been affected by either of these things as it's not your business) Sorry for the lengthy ramble but I had to get this off of my chest

Okay a little sidenote but when the camera panned down to Crim's and Mox's mom's legs, the interaction made me think that at one point Crim did love her but she doesn't, making this feel like a forced marriage kinda thing, but at that point he got tired of waiting for her to love him back as suggested by the little stomp that he did with his foot. Ionno, just a lil headcanon, maybe it could be one of the factors why either Mox's mom ran away or disappeared or Crim disposed of her

Actually with the Mafia they live a life of secrecy, if a member of a Mafia family did talk about the life. They were targeted, their home families were targeted, and everyone they may have talked to would have been targeted. Even though Moxxie was effectively in self-appointed exile from the family, those rules still applied. That would be why Blitzo and Millie likely would have been eliminated if Moxxie went through with this wedding to Chaz because while they were treated as outside guests. They would be in the way and would know enough to be seen as threat.

i feel like the climax should have been played out differently. like maybe mille focuses on the other guys while moxxie fights his dad and eventually pins him down to to a wall, maybe with a knife to his throat but moxxie can't bring himself to kill him or something and let's him go, and crimson is visibly shocked and would also hold him to his word on showing him how good he's gotten as his job. also the whole thing where the person on the boat wasn't actually moxxie's mother was dumb. it would've been so much more interesting if it WAS his mother. it would give moxxie a VISIBLY SHOWN REASON on why he should and does fear his father. also it would make a lot more sense for the backstory.

Because the choice of leaving Crimson unscathed allows the hilarious and creepy shot when he finds out that Chaz lied.

I feel like the episode would have been better if they did this. 1. Moxxie gets knocked out but then wakes up in a cage while Millie and Blitz are being executed. 2. Moxxie convinces a shark to come over, then steals his gun and shoots him. 3. Moxxie shoots the cages lock and runs to save Millie and Blitz. 4. They are about to be executed when Moxxie enters. 5. Big epic battle using Moxxies expertise in guns. 6. Crimson tries to kill Moxxie but he shoots him in the leg. 7. Moxxie saves them and they leave. Episode continues as normal

You forgot that they turned Millie into a repeat sex offender in that last scene. Every previous scene required consent, going out of there way for jokes or looks or gestures. But in that final fight scene, Millie used what she had available in non lethal ways more than a few times.

If so then that would make sense that blitzo would say that his employees were from wraith to stolas, but then it completely contradicts itself in this ep where blitzo says "oh this is your old stomping ground, huh mox?" But theres a possibility he grew up there right? But this ep also contradicts itself by showing flashbacks to moxxies adolesence growing up in which is very obvious by its color, greed. Idk maybe im reading too much into this

It may be true that moxie didn't push his mother in the water, but if you watch the episode closer, after the imp falls into the water we see crimson throw what looks like a bag or sack over the side of the boat. Possibly full of more evidence that was needed to be gotten rid of. Which could have been were the shoe came from.

You know, recently I binged a series and I thought about your complaint at 15:50, and I think the series I binged is a good example of how to do a creative and fast paced action scene right. The series is called "Animation VS Minecraft Shorts" by Alan Becker. The fights in the series are very well done and creative. The examples that come to mind are "Ultimate Minecart Race". The fight scenes in it make me smile everytime. And this creative fight corography isn't exclusive to the AVM shorts. "Animation VS Math" and "Animation VS KZbin" are really creative with the fights. Go check them out if you're interested. I don't think you'll be disappointed

I think regarding your critique of the Chaz Time saxophone joke, it absolutely does feature the saxophone in the song, and it even starts right after the joke is made. Maybe it’s just because I like the cheesiness of the bow wow guitar and “sexophone”, but I really enjoyed this song.
