I think that was why he left the band. He was just too nice of a person to deal with all that was coming down on them. They were becoming so popular, that it seemed to un-nerve him. I'm glad that he seems to be happy. I just hope that he truly is, considering the loss of his wife. I just hope that he can successfully heal from all of the trouble that he's had over the last few years.

Randy was such a great musician and great vocalist. Especially his underrated harmonies. Too humble a guy for Glen and especially Don's ego. Thank goodness he got such a great lead vocal on Take it to the limit. One of their best songs. I'm glad he went on to do so well with less famous bands like Poco, who were excellent, and working in background with other great players. In spite of his fame and fortune he always came across as down to earth.

Damn, that's a bummer that Randy is in poor shape mentally and physically. I loved the Eagles, but Glenn and Don must have been hard to get along with every day. How they dropped Randy and Bernie was tough, but that's how many of these rock groups are. They spend so much time together on the road and get into drugs and it's just not the glamorous life many of us think it is. God bless you Randy Meisner.

Henley is worth $100 million dollars and he b$tched about a $13 bottle of water at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame ceremony. He's a talented guy but not a very nice person. Randy is just too nice. He's a big dog lover and obviously a lover of wildlife, and that puts him way up in my estimation. My husband and I love cars and love to watch car restoration shows. It would have been such fun to hang with him. My husband and I feed the deer too as we live in a wooded area. It was so fun hearing how much joy he got from observing and feeding the wildlife.
