Randy Santel’s Exercise Workout Routine to Lose Weight at Home!! Here is my Sexification 2021 Week #8 update video where I demonstrate and discuss my exercise workout routine to lose weight at home!! Most of my fitness workouts occur down in my basement home gym I share with @KatinaEatsKilos. I do a few outdoor exercises too when the Milwaukee, Wisconsin weather allows for it!! I go through a typical day of physical activity and exercise on the days where I have more time available, and talk about the walking, spinning, cycling, stretching, weightlifting, and resistance training that I'm doing to lose weight and increase my fitness level throughout each week of this 15-week Sexification program!! Please keep in mind this is all what I do, just for reference, and this is all recommended only if your name is Randy Santel and my height and weight with similar goals. Hi Randy, I got to say that watching you and Katina is inspirational. It doesn’t matter if your doing eating challenges or doing exercises. The fact is you guys are so committed and dedicated to your beliefs is what makes me watch!!!!!! I just wanted to say thank you. When you're in your 30's it pays off doing stretches. Can't count how many times I've torn muscles in the last 3 years working out. Always sets you back atleast a month

Way to go Randy! As much as I love your eating videos these workout videos are great! I myself dropped from 256lbs to 170lbs when I was 18 (kept if off since) and watching your sexification videos each year is inspiring. If you don't already, sauna, hotbaths, and layering up while exercising are some of the best tools I use to maintain my weight. 1 hour on the bike wearing hoodie, gloves, and sweatpants is just as hard as 2 hours t shirt but you will sweat more and lessen stress on the joints and muscles per session. They are my top strategies for maintaining my weight in the long run...

I was so excited when I got my total gym years ago. I had been saving for it for several years. I set it up as soon as I got the kids off to school. I wanted to get right to it... Let's just say I was the only one home and my hair (which I did not braid) is down to my waist... By the second rep I was securely locked to it with my hair all wound around the wheels.... Took me around 45 minutes to get myself out of that one without cutting myself free and losing a lot of my hair!! You're doing great, and you guys are a great team!! I'm really glad you found each other. Wish we were all that lucky. Much love to you both from my way to yours! ❤️

I started working out around the same time you did my dude. You got me kick started. I haven't actually tracked weight. Because I'm getting my habits corrected but I am down 3 belt sizes. My muscles are coming back and I feel amazing. Let's go.

With your bench I am sure Katina has told you if you truely want “chest” growth keep the shoulders down and back and to help with that don’t lock out at the top to help keep the delts out and time under tension in the chest... but you are killing it mate regards from Australia

Before and after comparison is going to be insaaaane! I was sick a week and a half so i am getting back into it. Got back to my walking yesterday. Tomorrow I will be hitting my weight lifting regiment. Down nearly 15lbs. I am about 10lbs behind my goal. but... life. lol

Home gym looks good! 😄 So, for at home desk work, I got a standing desk and a small bicycle I could fit under it. Like you say, little things make a difference, though I admit it’s important to avoid getting thinking you have to work out all the time 😅.

Awesome job! You are so clever to know how to do routines yourself. I don't mind doing stuff, but can't figure out to do a routine amd don't have anyone to ell me what to do. Tried several apps, but they don't start at my low fitness level. Doesn't help I have never been flexible. When I did martial arts it was amazing, but had to stop because eof money. I already knew I have REALLY weak hands, but found out I make it up for leg grip. Who knew, once I wrap my legs around somebody they are toast, or at least they used to be.

Videos like this keep me motivated. February 9th of this year, I weighed 367 pounds. Today, I weigh 262 pounds. I like that you discuss what works for you may not work exactly the same way for someone else. Very important point imo. I'm positive you'd hate my daily diet and I can stand biking, so to each their own. Also, as a subscriber here in Milwaukee, you should organize some kind of group, outdoor exercise activity for a video. I know of a local gym owner that has some awesome trainers that I'm positive would love to be a part of something like that.

Randy! Dude, you’re looking good! You can really tell how much you’ve skimmed down in this video. Awesome job, dude. I’m right there in the middle of it with you too-down 20lbs from 160 to 140 over the past three months, still another 10-15 to go, I think. Randy, if you’re looking for a place to bike to in Milwaukee. Take the bike trail from about Glendale all the way downtown, through third ward, up kinnickinnic, and over to the lake shore. There you can go through Sheridan park and Grant park. It’s about a 36 mile bike ride and 3 hour round trip. Now is the perfect time because of all the colors you get to see on the trees along the ride. Even greater when you get to see the lake with them too.
