I had a Philippino uncle...we world make big batches of lumpia and pancit for holidays... it's labor intensive but worth it.. very delicious...I found that lumpia ingredients very from family to family... the one my family made had... small shrimp, roast chicken, roast pork, and ham with bean sprots...

That Pancit Bihon looks so delicious! Now, I am craving for it hahaha! The flavor of the ice cream should be “Keso” which is cheese in english. Or instead of ice cream, it should be “Halo-Halo”. That would definitely complete the Filipino food experience. 😊 Love watching your videos.
