All evoques between 2012 and 2015 are using the same tools, you can find the links in the video description, its a 27 mm socket, dont forget to get the sectioned one so it will be easier to fit on the head of the oil filter housing.

@@ellemarta If you have no knowledge of the history of the car you can check it online(osh.landrover.com/) after VIN number or you can use the logs on the diagnostic tool to track down the registration dates for maintenance(this is harder and for advanced users), but my advice is that if you have no ideea when the maintenance was done, just get the parts and do it yourself, you have all the info you need in the videos online.

Hi Georgel Radu, regarding the automatic transmission gearbox oil you don't have to change it, you can check the service information on each scheduled maintenance online on the Land Rover site: osh.landrover.com all you need is your VIN numbers. I checked for my case and there is no mention of replacing the oil in the automatic gearbox not on the "52000 km / 24 months service" and neither on the "130.000km / 60 months service". That's because the temperature in the automatic gearbox will never go that high in order in order to lose its proprieties(unless you are a pilot for Formula 1 :) and racing a couple of hours per day). So you should change it/investigate, only when you don't feel the gears changing or running smooth, but even then 90% of the cause will be from something else not from the oil. For example, I changed the oil in the box on a different car after 15 years and tested it on the oil laboratories and it was only 8% wear so still 92% percent good, judging from these facts you have to wonder "Do I still have this car after 30 years ? If yes, does it worth to change it if it's on 84% health ?".

Hi Sebastian, on my Diesel Evoque i reached the minimum on average per trip 4.5l/100km and the maximum of 12l/100km. The best speeds on long way/highway for a good fuel consumption are 50km/h = 3 - 3,5l; 80km/h = 3,5l; 100km/h = 3,5 - 4l ; 120km/h = 4-4,5l; 150km/h = 5-6l. So on short in the crowded city around 8l-12l and on long ways between 6l and 3.5 depending on how clean is the particle filter and the admission. From my point of view it has the same fuel consumption like a golf 2.0 with 140HP Salutare, cu Evoque-ul meu pe diesel am atins minimum 4.5l si maximum de 12l/100km.

@@SanKraNsWorkshop thank you very much for your reply, what size of wheels are you using that involves tyre size + rim size. My Evoque (2.2 diesel 190 ps, 6 speed auto) has a fuel consumption of 9.1 combined, with 245/40/21 Winter tyre.

@@mot.sebastian I am here to help, on any topic, no question will be left unanswered, and i will try to answer as fast as possible. Regarding to your question i tried also with the big wheels 20" - 22" but from all my tests the best one for me was the 18". The big wheels look ultra awsome on the SUV, but you will encounter allot of small issues with them, since the surface of the rim is bigger and less rubber you will be faced with scratches, we have allot of potholes in our country and when your rim nails one of them(you cant avoid them all) it will be scratched, also when you park next to the concrete you have to be 4 times more careful not to scratch the rims. And also did some tests on the country road, those ones not paved, and the suspension will take a big hit because there is not enough rubber to take out from the road bumps/shocks and will be applied much more tension on that regard, also i like to go offroad on uncharted roads when i am doing road trips in foreign countys and the 22" its a no-no for that. So i chosed the the 18" because the fuel consumption drops significantly compared with the 22", also i have enough rubber space to avoid the rim scratches from potholes and sidewalk borders, the estetics are not impacted to much so i also got another winter pair of 18" to make the tire swap summer-winter more easily. Also the size that i use is 235 60 18(summer-winter). Also when i selected this dimensions i considered the fact that its a common dimension and I can find it on all shops this will take you an advantage on the price its cheaper than the ones on 22".
