I certainly wouldn't consider leaving the house in the Range Rover without the GAP IID tool. But I must spend some time learning a little more about what it can do.

Had a problem with my 2010(11 model) tdv8 4.4 the other day. My neighbour ran his OBD unit on it and up came the fuel rail pressure fault code. It was kind of what i expected as the issue seemed to be fuel starvation related. Got the price of the loom - but can't find the cost of the fuel rail regulator? Appreciate if you could reply with it.

@@shanewaterman4125 Fuel rail regulator isn’t expensive but that wasn’t the problem on my car. Mine needed a new high pressure fuel pump. Which was expensive.

I believe the fuel pressure sensor loom I replaced was a recall.. You know it's well documented on fullfatrr. What's the upgrade you mention?

If it’s a recall, why is this not a RR main dealer fix?

I really wasn't up for that conversation with a local main dealer. I'm not actually sure it was a recall on the L322, maybe just the later model.

Do you need winter tyres to travel to alps?

I know I'm some parts of the Alps you need tyres with the 3PMSF symbol. I've fitted the Pirelli scorpion zero all season ncs tyre which should be able to manage some snow if we come across it. Despite being the recommended tyre for this car I'm amazed at how bad they cope with standing water.
