It's not going to be easy im former Army Ranger it's hard work you just gotta have the will to never quit no matter if your hands bleed or rashes or chafes it's gotta be bagged up get your head to the mission and overcome you'll make it.

Work on your cardio and be prepared to be on your feet for 30+ hours with nothing to eat and going on 2 hours of sleep for eight weeks. That's if you make the ruck to Cole range in time. RASP is hard, but if you want it, you will graduate. RLTW!
