We've got a lot of the dead wood out the door, new exciting young talent with good potential future resale value, some how managed to get through to the knockout rounds of Europe with injuries ravaging us on the way plus alot of our team had no European experience and at the same time still learning to play with eachother. Only negative for me has been our away form but hopefully PC can fix that.

Nsiala was a no brainer. Happy with changes but would have been happy to see Fernandes instead of Danilo due to our constant defensive injuries.

Balogun, Souttar, Propper, Nsiala, King, Sterling even Tav all capable of playing CB if required, the constant defensive injuries was the reason Nsiala was brought in... without Danilo in the squad we've literally got Dessers and Igamane as the only 2 strikers so had to get him in, Hagi was a must as one of the 3 changes too so unfortunately no room for young Fernandes

@unclesnakehips6810 Yeah, Hagi was definitely a must, that's for sure. However, Balogun is very injury prone, Souttar is just back, and I really hope that's his injuries are behind him as he was just beginning to show how important he was for us, but you never know. Clement has made it quite obvious he has no faith in King in these games, hence Tav playing at CB before him. Sterling again has had his injury problems. Many of these defenders have been on the sidelines a lot this year. We can't be in a situation again where we have young McCausland playing at rb in these later rounds. Wouldn't be a huge surprise if Danilo gets injured again before he gets to play a part in Europe. All this being said, I see the 3 as a positive as long as we don't have the same injury luck we've had in defensive areas.

@rothesaylad Board have got to back him next season. I know the leagues by but the majority of players he's brought in are worth more now than what we paid for and we've went from being a club with no real valuable assets to a good few. Nsiala, Igamane, Jefte, Diomande. You can only play with the cards you're dealt and the cards dealt by the board are a clear sign of the financial mess we're in due to terrible past decisions.

I think the choices are the right ones to bring in. Fernandes is here on loan, he has to prove himself in the league here, when his chance comes. Nsiala has earned the right to play and he is our player, and if he does well, we increase his potential sale value further. If Fernandes does well and earns a move here in the summer, perhaps him and Nsiala could form a CB pairing for us at some point next season in cup games or be used rotationally, as we know Souttar has issues staying fit. So they will be needed. Next season Fernandes could be used in Europe but with space limited, it was wise of the manager to use players that we own and can benefit us. I hope Danilo can kick on and have a run without injuries for a while. The guy is an excellent player, just unlucky thus far. I also hope that Hagi is offered a new deal. We cannot have guys of that quality walking away for free. We should have learned from past mistakes on that front.

Why, he's been restricted with finances because we don't have any money. He's brining younger players through. Chopping and changing managers doesn't work. If fans had had their way Ferguson would have out of Manchester before his second season, fortunately the Man Utd board had faith and kept him. I'm not saying Clements is equal to Ferguson, but he needs to be given a chance .
