Thank you for this, super good news that this is coming out tomorrow. Agree entirely that ELO shouldn't be reset. Board Game Arena has ELO and an Arena mode (Bronze, Silver, Gold etc) and that works well enough with ELO never resetting but the ranking system resetting monthly - not sure why they aren't copying that system.

Right, that sounds like how it should be done.

I agree, ELO should not be resetted unless let's say the person doesn't play for many months

I think lost two stars when player disconnect will be bad, because sometimes you disconnect from server and when you reconnect, game say loading error( kind of game bug).

I think a classic que is better than an hour thing. Alot of players lets say want to play more than just one game, and so after they finish, they might play again quickly, even if one or two are replaced by someone allready w8ing in the que. But I understand there are not that many players, so am curious how is it gonna work. Anyway thx for the vid! I was waiting for something like ranked game, it is more atractive to play.

They recently adjusted the queue to be every 30 minutes which I think is a lot nicer.

I'd like more clarification on whether or not ranked will apply to base games (and just require buying Ix). I see in the announcement screenshot that, along with leader selection and timers, it has a category called "Expansion". Thanks for this generally rather thorough consideration of the announcement.

Yeah, those aren't settings that you can adjust though - I think it's just making clear how the ranked mode works. Unfortunately it looks like ranked will just be Rise of Ix. Thanks for watching!

I think a 30days season is way to short, like how are you able to rank up if you only play once or twice a week and drop 2 ranks after 30days.

Same for me. I guess there are not enough players for both queues. But a bummer for me Edit Ahh he mentioned Player numbers. Haven't been to this part when I posted

@@ytc0m That could be the reason, yes, but I still think that no ranked for base game is not okay. Hope more people thinks the same and tell the devs their opinion, if we are many people we could change their mind

@@Croij It makes sense why its not for both. 1. Motivate people to get Ix 2. The player base isnt't big enough to support two queues. Hopefully when the game gets bigger things will change.
