@@timivalkeapaa3089 Played more of it, it's better and a bit worse at the same time than when I wrote the comment. It's not that it is bad, it's not just not that great of a style as some may say. Boss rush games are fun, but not a pinnacle of what a game is. It shouldn't have such high's and lows of a game, BUT naritive wise it makes sense - only the strongest beings should be a challenge to you. That's why Fromsoft games are so good - they are everything what a game should be in theory - incredible customability of your gameplan, challenging at everyturn but very rarely to an extent that it's downright unfair. You can play with skill and just cheese the game - you do you. Same with rockstar, just different genre. Controls and more so the camera are not terrible, but not up to standart of the game, the enemies besides the bosses are somewhat lackluster. The game is enjoyable although the gimmick boses are annoying, but once you get in the flow they are way easier. It deserves it's 85 score on meta, if the controls, camera were better, I'd almost give it a 90, and if the enemies were better - it would be very close to Elden Ring. BUT, just because something is mechanically/logically better doesn't mean it is not just as much if not even more so enjoyable.

Yellow Loong is busted. It’s easily the best imo. Great health, time, speed, attack. Can inflict thunder. Can counter. And the full power level 3 ultimate can take out half the health (if not more) of bosses. Wiped half the last boss’ health with one ultimate.

@@babyyyz7948 if you get his sword charged to red, you press the same button as you would to use the immobilize spell and it does a magic spin attack which stun locks bosses. Then, it buffs your attacks to be like twice the speed, and you teleport to enemies

I gotta set the record straight. People do not use Guangzhi correctly. You build up the focus gauge. THEN DODGE THEN do the heavy attack. People just spam the regular heavy it’s better to build up the fire status doing what I suggest

I see so many people hate or sleep on Hoarfrost, when I used it I was stun locking enemies from far distances nonstop and doing hella damage. You can literally stun them with snowballs until they freeze and you can hit them with a big one and just repeat until your might drains

Yellow Loong is the best one, he can stagger bosses with heavy attacks, apply shock status and his transformation lasts much longer than the other transformation. His dodge/dash ability also makes him temporarily invincible and covers a lot of ground. He’s good for bosses who like to run and shoot at a distance like Captain Lotus Vision.

Ebon Flow is stupid crazy fantastic you just gotta use it right. You can sit thru combos, stun lock, guard break, and if you get to his spell you can wreak havoc even on the most mobile bosses

Ashen Slumber is not that good....until you remember you can use it to grind money and exp at spider's hollow. Blow up those clusters of cocoons with it, make 3k will and about 800 something exp, respawn at shrine, rinse and repeat.

Not really sure what you mean by that but each transformation add a new node that will upgrade an aspect of that form except for on so by the end you'll have about 10 different nodes to upgrade when you have them all

Nah bro he's crazy you just gotta use him the right way. He saves the focus you built up in monkey form just like most transformations, so what you do is get 4 focus then transform you can instantly go into his wind mode and beat the shit out of the boss doing massive damage for 30 seconds or more. Half health or more gone for most bosses
