They've really been giving Elita-1 the "Windblade" push lately, which is ironic since the situation between the 2 characters is completely reversed since I haven't seen Windblade being used for anything since Cyberverse.

They really have been pushing Elita and Arcee back into the spotlight, and moreso Elita than ever before possibly because of her connection with Optimus. That said though I do hope it won’t mean Windblade will fade into obscurity. I feel she still has her place in the female TF lineup.

My category. 1986-2013: Arcee being the female Transformers lead since G1 and The Transformers: The Movie (1986) 2014-2022: Windblade being the female Transformers lead since IDW, RiD 2015 and Prime Wars Trilogy. 2020-present: Elita-One being the female Transformers lead since WfC trilogy and EarthSpark. Also, if you're a fan of Windblade, no worries. She will appear in Transformers: Reactivate game. Arcee might have more appearances in newest Transformers media, but I felt like she's been reduced into a more minor role rather than a major character like in TFP. Chromia, Nightbird, Moonracer, Blackarachnia, Slipstream, Airachnid, Strongarm, Nautica, Airazor, Flamewar, Thunderblast: "Are we a joke to you?"

Funny story, in February I had the pleasure of meeting Grey Delisle at a con. She had prints available for Arcee a la the Bumblebee movie, but there was no sign of the "Arcees" from RotF. I brought up to Grey how much those girls' depiction in that movie was so disappointing, and Grey herself agreed that it was terrible. On a non-Elita related note, at a Q&A I asked Grey if she could pick any Transformer who she would want to play. She said she'd love to play Optimus Prime, so I told her about Yellow Splendid Convoy and how that character is depicted as a female Optimus a la that one comic/script read (I forget exactly what it was).

I headcanon that Shockwave getting punched in the optic by Elita-1 is why he hates female Transformers. TFOne cogged Elita-1 is just as great as EarthSpark Elita-1 and I don’t know which one I like more! I like that both incorporate Heelys-inspired moves into their combat styles such as Elita-1 in EarthSpark battling Hardtop and Swindle in the first episode and TFOne Elita-1 doing a backwards rotating handstand kick on one of the Death Trackers. Cissy Jones and Scarlett Johansson are great modern day voice actresses for Elita-1 as they give Elita-1 the right attitudes and makes Elita-1 come off as caring by giving characters like Orion and Jawbreaker advice/pep-talks they need to hear. Honorable mentions are TFOne cogless, Prime concept art, G1, Evergreen, IDW1, Power of the Primes, & Timelines.

I really liked Scarlet Johannson's performance as Elita 1 in Transformers: One, as she really felt more like a person, and I liked her begrudging dynamic and friendship with Orion Pax, and when he needed it, she stuck by him and helped him through his doubt, even if she wasn't the best at pep-talks. I can certainly see Elita in a potential sequel becoming more of a teacher to younger recruits of the Autobots, where she struggles to be a good guide and mentor and doesn't know if she deserves to be Optimus's right-hand woman but understands how to be both strict and nurturing to new recruits who want to help, maybe she could learn to be more of a mother figure over time, just as much as Optimus is an inspirational father figure. I do wonder if they ever plan to make her and Optimus into a couple in the sequels, but honestly, I wouldn't mind if they didn't. If they do, I hope they do it naturally. Personally, some of my favourite Elita designs are Transformers One, Earthspark, Evergreen, IDW and the TF: Prime fanart design.

When I first got into transformers in the early 2010s I was so frustrated that a character with as much potential as Elita was basically never used for over 20 years. While I wasn’t a fan of the Netflix trilogy, it did one good thing in bringing Elita back into the spotlight. I’m so happy they are including her as much as they are now, and I hope we get more and more fleshed out versions of her in the future!

24:23 Elita has another combiner mode, called Orthia, comprised of herself, Moonracer, Firestar (as Novastar), Lancer, and Greenlight. I don't know why Chromia isn't there, but it *does* give us the name 'Shield of Solus' for her team, which is definitely an improvement on Female Autobots.

I hate how Michael bay just added arcee, elita and chromia just to basically get ppl to stop asking him to put them in the movie(or that’s what I heard) cuz like we saw in the comics and with the toy of arcee, that they had a way better design than what they gave us in rotf, but do to the fact that bay didn’t care about those characters, he just said fuck it, let’s add them and kill them off as soon as possible

I just came back from the theaters and I saw the movie and I have to say I loved it it was an fun and enjoyable action movie the fight scenes were great I loved all the characters megaton was the best he and Optimus both gave speeches in their own way I really understood him sentinel fooled all of cybertron and he must pay. I love this movie 10/10

'Optimus Prime's female counterpart, long believed dead, leads a guerilla force in the ruins of her homeworld with no hope of rescue or reinforcements' is such a cool concept, and the fact that it so rarely gets adapted is a disappointment. (Hell, the team is so ignored that two members didn't even get named for decades!) (Also, there was a planned TFA Elita Prime design for Season 4 that is much more Elita-shaped; she would have appeared in an alternate timeline where Optimus became Arachnus isntead of her becoming Blackarachnia. You're also probably onto something with the idea that pre-mutation Elita is just the name attached to an OC design - apparently the idea of making BA and Elita one person wasn't originally the plan!)

16:04 it’s a real shame Blue Sky Studios aren’t around anymore. They got bought by Disney as part of their 20th Century Fox buyout, and went defunct back in 2021. On the topic of the video, I’ve been really enjoying these design tier lists so far. It’s neat to see the visual history of each Transformer from the originals to current day. I think the one wheel design could've worked if it wasn't such an amorphous hunk of metal like some designs on those films tend to be. They almost remind me of GLaDOS, when people flip her upside down and try to extract some meaning out of that. There's probably a fan redesign out there that actually makes it work.

G1 Elita One, younger teenager herself Ariel, the Evolution of Elita One toy and Ariel's toys doesn't bother me, looks good but they should fit it and no clear plastic parts and even weapons. Even Earth Wars, too. Shattered Glass Elita One's colors work so good, but as Override's toy no. Transformers Timeline Elita's toy looks already for me, the artwork is beautiful, she likes *hey Optimus, anything look different on me, Prime be blushing and Ironhide and Ratchet leave the love bots be in the room.* Thunderblast's toy looks already. I do picture her as the holder of The Mixture of Leadership. Animated Ariel/Elita design is not bad. The colors I can see are her younger self before going with pink and red. But I don't like Transformers Animated. They did her dirty. 2007 movie, a retool Energon Arcee toy, looks nice, they shouldn't keep Arcee's head, doesn't work, Titan Comic works. Even if it is just blacklisted and the logo of it, RID2015 Elita design looks nice, but hopefully Hasbro shows it off what she looks like. Power of The Prime Elita One design wonderful so beautifully. I own the toy of her at the end of 2022. Plus, the toy looks good, and Earth Wars Elita looks good, and Elita Infinite nice artwork and the combiner form are alright. Transformers Legends Card Game Elita One's design looks nice, the artwork looks nice. *Keep cute bot bean Safe in course* 29:04 Cybertron Trilogy design is good, red is cool. But I don't like why make her and Optimus act like Peter and Louis moments in Family Guy, I hate that. The Deluxe class of Elita is nice, but they shouldn't make it bad. They should fix it. Evergreen design of Elita One design is alright, but the wheels on her back, I don't like it. They should hit them. Transformers Galactic Trial is the same, but have her G1 colors alright. Earthspark Elita's design is nice. At least she went to Earth with him, yes, the 2nd of the Commander of the Autobot works, so she watched OP's back as couples. Her wheels she used are badass. Angry Birds Transformers design looks nice, cute that Silver riding the jet. The fan art design of JPL animation's Elita's design is what she looks like in Transformers Prime looking awesome. That is a cool post. The couple makes an awesome post. 38:09 Transformers One Elita's design looks so good. Elita's TF One toy in the Studio series nice looks nice. I like the car, jet, or motorcycle forms, and she is cool. I do like the love parts of Optimus Prime and Elita One, I like it from G1. Optimus needs some love. I am happy that Hasbro keeps using her. Let's hope she is alive forever. Thank you for the video.
