So the ROB makes more sense. What he doesn't touch on is that the reason why Rob has 2 different Amibo (As well as why Rob's default skin color changes depends on what version of smash you play) Is because Rob's design is based off of the System he was made for, The NES, or as its called in Japan the Famicom. But the NES was Grey and Black, while the Famicom was Red and Tan. So when they made ROB in Japan, they made him Red and Tan, while in America they made him Grey and Black. Both versions of those Robs where only ever released in the countries they where made for. So, like, if they only made a Grey ROB then it wouldn't be accurate to the Japanese Market, but if they only made a red ROB it wouldn't be accurate to us. So, they made both.

As someone who's always been a Skylanders fan seeing DK and Bowser's figures for superchargers is always a genuine jumpscare when talking about amiibo because my brain always associates it as a Skylanders first and amiibo second 1:53 also dark edition Skylanders my beloveds Also also Skylanders has a majorly slept on competitive scene for the first 3 games' battle modes

@@mystik_owl it doesnt take much competitive knowledge to know that Drobot is really good. He’s one of the strongest picks for story mode in the first two games because of his insanely high dps

@@mystik_owl The afterburners upgrade just puts a hitbox on the back of his thruster move, so it's best used as a retreating move. It's not really meant to be a move you use a lot and his laser eyes are much better for damage anyway

1:33:05 not really much of a lore reason but basically just a trend that they started by the third game in the series where every starter pack also had a dark edition starter pack where all the figures in the pack had a dark variant plus a few things that weren't in the original pack, basically it was just a deluxe edition and the wii u and wii versions for superchargers had exlusive dark turbo charge donkey kong and dark hammer slam bowser respectvely

I'm an hour and 10 minuets into this video and I can solidly say that I think the big lesson they should have learned was that the base should have been like 1 Inch bigger. Like so many Amibo's are just not standing on the base, but if it was just an inch bigger then that would not be a problem for like any of them at all.

I disagree with Steve and Alex being peak. It basically has nothing special showed on it. Like maybe them eating a steak or holding a pickaxe would make me like it. SPOILERS FOR THE TIER LIST IG Ok the reason why the mipha amiibo is so lackluster is because im sure they released these after the champions ballad DLC (the one where you learn about the champions individually) and they decided to make the amiibos the "memorable" poses they made in the cutscenes. Except... for mipha, the coolest thing she does, is ride up the waterfall with baby sidon, but since they cant have 1. mipha flying and 2. sidon on the back because then it'd be mipha AND sidon (they just wanted a mipha amiibo. so instead they made it her standing there. really, it all matches except for urbosa, who is in action. if they were all in action, fighting, or hell, mipha just flying with water particles as her stand i'd buy.
