I personally disagree with Part 7 and 8. Part 7 is a lot gayer. The relationship between Gyro and Johnny is basically just Brokeback Mountain. While Part 8 is very much about the romantic relationship between Josuke and Yasuho (or Joshu and Yasuho). Part 8 may be one of the straightest parts, while Part 7 is still very very gay.

Same because I know quite a few people who relate to Johnny a lot and either have them in their top 3 Jojos or he is their favorite. As a disabled person that also became disabled later in life but still young adulthood I never saw him as useless at all I just saw the same struggles I had when I was first diagnosed and trying to deal with all the implications and shit I now suddenly had to deal with. Johnny still never gave up and kept on improving and yes of course Gyro is amazing but that doesn't mean Johnny isn't.
