Little Nemo Adventures in Slumberland still holds up as a great movie. Megaman 4 gave us Dustman. ( Favorite robot master ) automatic S tier lol

It's my all time favourite MARIO game- the innovation was unbelievable for the time, the warps etc. I can still play it now and have a lot of fun. I fully respect John's opinion, SMB is the quintessential nes game imo. S all day, everyday and forever!

28:52 If you talking about that Iceman's stage bit thats nearly impossible, where you have to jump onto this enemy/platforms... as a kid I never knew how much easier life was with the weapon you talking about, but the game is definitely doable without it. Just way harder, obviously Same thing happened to me playing Zelda. Never knew about the existence of a red cape. No wonder the last dungeon was so hard

Never played goonies 2 before the emulator era, but played a lot of Goonies original on my pirate 52in1. I remember finding the music awesome and feel less synth than many music of the era on nintendo

Mission impossible came out way later then the game I think....Yeah,the movie came out in 96...it was actually based off of the 1966 tv series.....I personally have never seen it. Man,you mentioned the Seaside arcade.....that brings back memories.....I used to go out to seaside as a kid and get given 5 dollars to play games...god I loved that arcade it was like the most exciting thing for me all year.

I think It's obvious that they are going to attempt something big early in the off-season. If they intend to compete, the earlier they start, the better. IMO, they played last OS perfectly. They missed Ohtani and didn't panic sign everyone like SF did. Instead they seem to have taken their foot off the pedal and hoped for the best in order to stay well positioned to run at another superstar - setting us up for perhaps another decade. They perfectly recycled everything from last off-season into useful pieces that put us into a decent position to acquire impact piece(s) through trade. I'm not sure how successful they will be with a big splash (trade and/or FA) , that's why I also think by mid January, you may see a switch in the plan to more defined rebuild if they miss their preferred targets early. After a decade if listening to these guys, I think that could be the message behind the vague comments about competing...

John , it’s not fair to rank games a D or F just because you don’t know how to play the game I think you do not give some games a chance . You did not spend enough time with some games. Maybe you did not have the game manuals for the games you did not know how to play. You should judge games regarding player control, graphics , music , difficulty, etc . Please rank fairly. As a reviewer, you are supposed to be objective. You stated that there are games you have not played and you ranked them an F. That is not being objective or fair.
