Look, bleach may not have a lot of character deaths, but when they do happen, there are consequences/repercussions. Chojiro being killed caused Yamamoto to go on this downward spiral, which eventually made him become reckless and ultimately wound up dying. Yamamoto’s death means the end of the conservative gotei 13 as shunsui has to take up charge, and he chooses to be more pragmatic in moving forward. Unohana sacrificed herself in order to help zaraki reach the full potential of his strength. Hell, even byakuya had a big impact on two characters. Regardless of him surviving, his fight with as nodt pushed rukia and renji to level up, which eventually results in rukia’s and byakuya’s character arc coming full circle, with him finally openly acknowledging rukia.

Instead of making a good written Antagonist with a good GOAL, is smart, overpowers the whole group with one finger, and is long going, and fullfil his goal, Tabata makes "Protagonist saves the day" cliché, for the price of his own mangas Potential. I would be postively suprised, if he kills many Characters, brings True despiar, and shows a TRUE Villian EVERYONE fears. A Villian who infilcts HUGE Damage. But this is a fever dream. Tabata will most likely drag it, but will do the same mistakes again. Edit: and he did, as I expected. Black clover is infected with one dimensional writing.
