@effsfwesfaw I read somewhere that only 10-20% of rapes are reported. I think it's greater than that, but I'll go along with it. So, take the statistics and multiply them by 10. He said 1 in 1,900. Even at 1 in 190, that's nowhere near the 1 in 4 or 1 in 5 that was claimed by the media as the rape rate on American College campuses.
@zenyattamondatta7757
@zenyattamondatta7757 5 жыл бұрын
@effsfwesfaw It's still not 20 to 25%. 1 in 190, 10 times the reported rate, is still 0.005. That's HALF of one percent! Big difference. ✌️💗

Here's reasoning on why both of them are right and wrong: In human nature if we can get away with something bad with no or low chance of punishment they will take advantage of people (even forcing sexual conduct on another) meaning there is a sinful culture that promotes bad behavior. So yes there is a "rape culture" Now no one on the masses wants rape to occure or happen. Its not a part of american culture. There are prisons for a reaon, rape is something that can get a big chunck of that guilty person's life away. I honestly think because theres Godless sin culture theres going to be many many problems to come with society and the culture as a result Whats your oppion and what do you think of mine?

I mean the worst part is it gives the real evil people bullet. The core thing she supports is a good thing (rape is bad society should be more strict in it's prevention or something) but when she says rape culture is real and keeps saying shit without proof the officers who's really corrupt and cover rape cases gains ammo and says teens are idiots everything becomes rape that's why she's whining.

She was perfectly happy to call Brett Kavanaugh a rapist without having any evidence, but loses her freaking mind when Steven suggests he might be innocent because Steven doesn't have the evidence in front of him. This is why so many people can't be reasoned with. None of their ideologies are based in reality, they're all based upon their feelings. It's truly pathetic.

It’s almost a certainty given how much she uses “I was raped” and “have you ever been raped” as a weapon to win an argument. My sisters friend was raped and how this psycho acted was basically the exact opposite of how she acts whenever she talks about her tragic experience. It’s pretty sad how much of a “show” she was putting on just to try and constantly try and get “Gotcha” moments to “win” the argument and how whenever she was losing the argument she would go straight to full blown outrage and attack Crowder or fake cry to again try to just “win”. Also the fact that so many of these kids were so misinformed about the Kavanaugh hearing at the time just goes to show how little these idiots actually look into what they are vehemently defending. Thank for we got another White Knight this video lol, that guy was such a tool acting like he was morally superior just because Crowder isn’t debating how HE BELIEVES it has to be debated. And acting like this topic is “so hard to articulate” and Crowder shouldn’t debate like this simply because Crowder isn’t like a Tenured Professor in that specific field of study(as he said, read hundreds of books on the subject). He’s such a coward he doesn’t own up to the troll sign he made nor actually bring forth legitimate points to debate or change Crowder while acting like Crowder doesn’t have valid points because it’s a “nuanced and touchy subject”. What a literal Douchey White Knight.

Or she's saying whatever she can to win her argument with the "I have experienced and therefore you don't have the right to say anything" approach to an argument. You definitely would not proclaim in front of everyone that you have been raped. As awful as a thing that it is and it is not the victims fault in any way shape or form. There's embarrassment, shame and trauma that comes with an event like that. Anyone who can shout that out in front of a crowd of people and in front of internet media is definitely lying.

And that girl just the way she behaves and talks, 100% not raped.... The way she acts 100% false rape accusation. She behaves like that kind of women - "ok how do I teach this guy a lesson" hmmm.... Let me make a false rape accusation and terrorize this person. Lot of bitchy women do this and trust me there are a lot of bitch women out there fuelled by decades of feminist waves who use victim card and false accusations as weapons. This is why they don't want to see rape culture as a myth because their weapons become powerless. 😂 And the other kid after her believes if a victim says he or she is a victim then it means they are a victim 😂 what a fool.... That just means we should have no trial no investigation and believe anyone who claims to be raped. This is liberal logic folks.

its an idea thats invented to spark outrage. Mostly on college campuses.. You see here in America the media, government, and very biased political people use very emotional topics to spark outrage in targeted communities in an effort to persuade or control people via emotion. The media invents "buzz words" (rape culture) (white privilege) and then uses them on the news and in articles on repeat until they catch on in the public. The ideas spread via social media and word of mouth and become a trend. It's a way for political parties to control a group of peoples emotions in an effort to change policy, laws, and garner votes. Here in America most of our politicians are corrupt and find ways to funnel tax dollars out of the country, typically via financial aid to other countries, and then those countries take some of that money and then donate a large portion of it back to the campaign funds of politicians and they pocket the money. This is how virtually all of our politicians go from having a low net worth to being millionaires in just a few years. They do this legally via loopholes and laws. They use these emotional topics to outrage the people and turn them against each other so that the public at large hates each other rather than focuses on the massive corruption of the Government. Our media, political parties, and big corporations (who largely donate and fund politicians) all have an interest to get laws passed under the radar that benefit them. If the American people all got along they would pay more attention to the laws being passed and fight the corruption.. So they do this kind of stuff to make Americans hate each other so they can put their focus on this rather than the back door deals, laws passed that financially benefit them, or to get them to vote a certain way. It's all manipulation. Ever since Barrack Obama reverted the Smith-Mundt act that banned using propaganda against the American people.. This has become a massive problem. The smith-mundt act prevented the government and media from using propaganda against the American people and since thats been repealed the media and the government uses it blatantly to split the people and keep them fighting amongst themselves... too busy and blind to see the corruption they do right under their noses.

She's obviously looking at the world through the lens of her rape as if it's all men at all times, and it appears to be because of rape trauma. She needs to work through her rape trauma with trusted friends, family, therapists, etc, rather than try to sit down and have a discussion about general rape statistics with someone that she KNOWS is going to trigger her on the subject!

What rape? She was never raped.....that part was obvious. She strikes me as a classic case of having sex, regretting it, or she simply got incredibly angry at a guy after they had sex & used a rape accusation to "get back" at him. If that's true, that means she's willing to ruin another human beings life ...because she's mad.

It was her decision to sit down on the table and express her side, where no one was forcing her, infact she made it a "big thing" by having posting it on her story or smt, and also just shouting it outside the campus. She should clearly know the consequences of why she is "factually incaccurate" which should not give a sense of pity towards her but instead stupidity. I have two important examples. #1) I helped run sound 3 years in a row at Reggae on the River, and it was very well known that the annual rapes at this event were huge. The fact that no one wants to discuss, and I have personally witnessed over and over, is that everyone takes tons of drugs and then in the morning the girls claim that they didn't consent to sex, when in fact they did! The bottom line is that no man should have sex without being sober and knowing for sure they have consent. Unfortunatlely, the guys at this event get just as wasted as the girls, and then their decisions result in possible jail time. #2) My best friend took a girl home the first night he met her, and I told him to be careful. The girl called an uber in the middle of the night and went to the ER . She did a rape kit and our house was raided by police the following day. The detective in charge said he didn't believe her but he had to "do his job". This situation ended in this girl being banned from our local pub, because she had tried this with multiple guys. She was calling me the day after her "rape", telling me that this could "all go away" if my friend could pay her $25,000.

Babylonthegreat lol. You’re not getting to the facts tho. Anecdotes cannot produce constructive conversations because they are one off instances. What am I supposed to do about each and every one individual failed attempt to do the right thing? I feel like all we can hope for is for the most honest people to rise to the top of police ranks. With how much people hate police these days... why would anyone want to be subjected to that. The pool of officers serving the public is becoming smaller.
@MrJimboslice26
@MrJimboslice26 5 жыл бұрын
Babylonthegreat That’s...actually a really good way of putting all that. Tho I’m Not sure how to implement that sort of cultural shift in America. People are just too obsessed with themselves and saving their own asses. I think that sort of togetherness and collective responsibility would obviously do wonders for a lot of institutions in the US. Japan has the culture that exists already, Even through cctv cameras during disasters in Japan there’s no looting. I’m with ya. Cops need to work for what’s right. Cops need to be outstandingly honest and forthright. Police need to be held to the exact same standard as civilians. You do have it right. I just honestly don’t know how to move forward... unless I were to put on the badge and change it from the inside myself.

Rape culture isn’t women having sex with a guy but then leaving him and regretting it and saying it was rape. Rape culture is where a society condones rape and passes it off as either the victim’s fault or as a normal thing that happens. An example would be a woman getting raped by a young male college student at a party and then the judge just says “boys will be boys” as if rape wasn’t a big deal. Or the dude will just say “she was asking for it” just because of what she was wearing. Stuff like that can happen, but usually in other places of the world and not the United States.

The reason why the person hosting is usually on point with their opinions on the matter is they know what conversation is going to be about long before the interviewee. It’s processed information and can be delivered with confidence and backed by data. The shock sticker of a banner is there to literally shock and instigate emotion from the other side and create a very reactive state and to fumble the other side. These kinds of conversations are kind of a set up tbh… I would actually prefer both sides to be well equipped with data and information for more of an informative conversation rather than a viral moment lol
@orgul713
@orgul713 3 ай бұрын
What data or information could one possibly have that suggests that this country promotes and encourages rape....NONE. The whole reason he does the show this way is because he argues from a logical/obvious standpoint. Rapists get put in jail and receive harsh punishments; if they promoted and encouraged rape, no rapist would have ever went to jail. Your argument is flawed because you think from an emotional standpoint and it doesn't take your head to do that.
