relaxed! sometimes you know things but hearing from others makes it calmer, like you are relieved someone understands such situations

I used to get horrible panic attacks, especially rapid heart beat, literally to the point it was going so fast I thought it would explode…til one day in the ear,y hours off it went again, ..I had enough of it, I literally was so fed up with it, I told it I was now bored with this, go as fast as you like, go on bea5 faster, really fast, and to my disbelief the heart just went to normal within seconds……..it was amazing like a miracle, so every time after, when I felt hit breathless and then the rapid heart rate, I did the same, until the6 just didn’t happen any more…honestly it really works, xx

Yes - thank you so much! If really need to be reminded of this.......I'm a teacher and although I love my job, every autumn I go through this phase of anxiety, stress, panic attacks. Have been working on it a lot, but this was a timely, much appreciated reminder. Gratitude!

Ys you are right....but the challenge is that i keep on saying all of this in my mind....it has become such a bad habit..that even if i notice i can't stop it..
