My mouth is watering! It looks sooo good! Can’t wait to get to the store and buy some cauliflower. I will update this after I’ve made it.

I make rapini with Italian sausage frequently. Love it on a seeded roll as a sandwich with some good red wine, but I like the idea of making it a complete meal with the pasta... A lot of stores also call the rapini Chinese broccoli, which I don't quite understand...

Wow, on a sandwich. I've gotta try that.

I can't wait to make this dish, looks fantastic, but looking for an alternative to the pine nuts, last time I got them they were $13 for a tiny bag.

If you have a Trader Joe's in your area, they have the lowest prices on pine nuts ...much lower in most cases. I can't imagine anything being a replacement for them, but if you tried something that worked I'd be curious to know.

Good recipe. I've made it m any times. But instead of water when I add the rapini, I use red wine.

I'll try that next time I make it.

I can't believe you discard that much stem. You must be rich

Ha ha, that's what they say about asparagus - the more money you have, the more stem you cut off. I can't digest rapini stems.
