A better question is what's NOT going on? Auto-tune...that's what's NOT going on. God given talent pure and simple and praying for her as she battles Stiff-person syndrome because singing is in her DNA and we need to be able to continue to celebrate it with her.

This song is about her husbands death some kind of cancer. She has been sick with some of syndrome. It is all she can do to move each day.

@@hazelstrange5237 No it's not. 1. Because this a remake. The original song came out in 1984 by Jennifer Rush. 2. Celine released her version in 1993 which was a year before she and Rene got married. Rene did not get diagnosed with throat cancer until 1999, passing away 2016 which was a full 23 years after this album.

Been a fan of Céline's since her 1987 release of "Lolita: Trop Jeune Pour Aimer." Then went back and listened to her earlier discography. She is most definitely a powerhouse. I feel her best songs are in her native French. Not knocking the English -- just her comfort level is more relaxed in her native tongue. Those who really want to see her range should listen to "Des Mots Qui Sonnent ("Words That Ring"). She really rocks out! So sad that Stiff Person syndrome has affected her life and career. But she has an exemplary legacy of music that will never be forgotten. Bravo Céline -- est merci pour ta musique.

My husband and I were fortunate and blessed to get to see her in concert back in 2019 before COVID-19 started. We paid $2,200 for our tickets. It was so worth it. We were center of the stage 12 rows back. I'm so glad my last concert got to be her. I truly never believed id get the chance to see her in person.

I honestly didn’t know anyone else sang this except for Celine. I looked up the other two women who sang it also and while I thought they too were amazing, especially Laura Brannigan, I still feel Celine sings this the best. I’m probably too biased though because I’ve struggled for 33 years with several diagnoses and am in pain almost every day. I sympathize with Celine but the other two women do have beautiful and very powerful voices!
