Lil darkie is actually not on any extremist stuff believe it or not. He just talks about a lot of stuff people are too scared to talk about and that comes across and harsh or strong to those who don’t want to listen

@HarpoonSkittles yeah, and people hated old eminem and old darkie. Sucks cause they are both good artists.

@@I_DMM yeah I feel a good way to put it is, in part, he talks about some things not only for it's shock value but also to spark conversations about taboo topics and to utilize free speech in areas people are afraid too.

lil darkie is an interesting rapper, his newer songs are more chill and toned down but his older tracks were more aggressive and more y'know, out there. but his name came from what his bullies used to call him from when he was in high school, and his cartoon persona is inspired from the hindu gods which are usually depicted as full black. i recommend researching more on lil darkie as a person and getting to know his perspective on how the world is. his music isnt for everyone and thats okay, music is subjective and thats what makes it so beautiful

Colossal conflict and big war are both amazing. He does have some shock value for sensitive ppl, particularly christians, but he speaks on some deep stuff, and its really worth listening to

Colossal conflict is top 5 for me for sure, but I also really like his chiller more sing-song sort of songs.

I have been obsessed w little darkie since i was 11 i love that more people are finding him and giving him the credit he deserves. He’s such a talented rapper, his flow is genius. His lyrics can be out there but he talks about things that a lot of people are too afraid to speak on. He’s really just trying to put his lyrics out there so people can really relate to him especially songs like banana pie, where is darkie, anxiety, and so much more.
@bnobston2 ай бұрын
Please please please do a part 2. Genocide would be great, but also some of his more chill songs like anxiety, I can see clearly, banana pie, or composition ix, or moving fast, or electric dandelions. Literally so much good music to explore if your interested

Lil Darkie does have a lot of more... Abrasive songs early on, but his more recent music is an easier listen as well as his side project Brahman.

So some info for you Lil darkie is half Indian half Cuban his character that he has is a black skined person with a red line on the top of his head which is a reference to how Indian gods were drawn and depicted, his music is super politically charged most of it exposes something the government has ignored or done a lot of it is him calling out what he believes to be unfair and corrupt he has a number of good songs like AMV or collasal conflict or methhead freestyle which talks about multiple points of view others tho are much more slowed down and more of him coming to terms with his religion, sexuality (he's bi btw and has a lovely partner I'm pretty sure is trans), and self worth such as I See Clearly all super good songs

Ay you honestly gotta look at some of his other songs like AMV, Money power fame, and rap music. This is definitely one of his songs that some may not like but others who look into it do. Most of his stuff from what I've heard and actually looked into the lyrics aren't all bad and have meanings to them

So what’s the deeper meaning that you’re sure is there? It does remind me of a cartoon, though. It sounds like the Animaniacs! And did BP just call it a MENSTRUAL show? I think he meant MINSTREL!
