I was kinda liking their music before. But you know, I am an awkward 15 year old, and if I were to be such a monster to listen to a k-pop girlband, the whole squad would dump me. After I saw one of your videos, I think the review of Boombayah, I said to myself fuck the whole squad these girls are sick. So I started to listen to their music. the manga explains it way better imo! "the owl" is the shop manager. "the one-eyed owl" is his daughter, eto. "the one-eyed king" is a title that transferred from eto, to arima, to kaneki! even after reading the manga first, the anime was so confusing to get through bc the pace the production had to keep meant that a lot of those specifics got lost (especially in translation).
