You haven't heard of the Hollies? You must check out their song Long Cool Woman...classic...so good! And for a different style of theirs but really deep try He aint heavy, he's my brother. Stevie is the most gorgeous female songwriter/singer ever, you should listen to her songs I can't wait and Stand back both from the 80's, just amazing you'll love them. Back in 83 this concert was televised in Adelaide in Simulacast which meant it was on tv and the radio in sync...someone gave her a white dove which she had on her hand and she tried to release it but it wouldn't leave her, an incredible thing!

Yes. Stevie had a great solo career as well. She's in the R and R HOF both as a member of FM and as a single artist. She also was an honorary member of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Recording and playing live with them for several years

This is solo Stevie. I believe the keyboardist was Roy Bittan of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. And Benmont Tench of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers on organ. Her backing vocalists are still her backing vocalists 40+ years later, Sharon Celani and Lori Nicks (her second ex-husband is Stevie's brother). Destiny's Child (Beyonce & co) sampled this song for "Bootylicious."

If you were wondering why Stevie is crying at the end of this performance it's because the entire month that Stevie was doing this small tour to support "Bella Donna" which was number 1 on the charts at the time, the other members of Fleetwood Mac, in particular her ex boyfriend, guitarist Lindsey Buckingham, were constantly hounding her to get to Paris so they could record the next Fleetwood Mac album "Mirage", and for Stevie as a writer, 3 or 4 songs every couple years on a Fleetwood Mac album wasn't enough for her. Lindsey hated that "Bella Donna" did as well as it did, in particular because it overshadowed and oversold his own solo album at the time called "Law and Order" which had a hit with the single "Trouble"

Christine McPhee just died and she was a member of Fleetwood Mac along with Stevie Nicks. Stevie didn’t die and she’s touring right now. She still selling sold out concert venues at 75 years old.
