The lot is incredible Danny. A true backyard with plenty of space. Will cost a fortune to get it all landscaped properly for a home of this caliber. Is there a second association fee for dragon rock? Thanks for the great tour

Hey Dean! Yes it’s an incredible lot for sure with lots of potential. There is a second association fee with Dragon Rock and any other double gated sections of MacDonald Highlands. The normal MacDonald Highlands HOA is $330/Mo and there’s an additional $89/Mo for the sub association. Glad you enjoyed🙌😁
