That error 07 is the HDD timing out. Could be a bad hard drive, bad/loose IDE cable, or something else. Replacing the HDD on these isn't as simple as replacing it. There is an encrypted key that ties the drive to the motherboard. You'd have to install a modchip, or extract the key and format a new drive with that key. You can extract the key with a Raspberry Pi among other methods. That drive is on its last life, which explains the noise you're hearing.

The beeping noise definitely sounds like the hard drive platters were stuck or the drive was otherwise not spinning up correctly, and that 100% tallies up with the error you got after the console first turned on. It might be that nudging the cable was enough to make it seat properly and run the drive correctly, or it might be that the drive managed to free itself - hard to say, but I wouldn't entirely trust it.

I had one of those Seagate hard drives die so badly in an OG Xbox it actually burnt out one of the chips on the drives main board! I believe as others have said that the platter wasn’t spinning hence the beeping noise, you need to either soft mod this ASAP and dump the EEPROM and maybe even zero out the drive key (as drives are tied to the main board) or fit a mod chip and change out the hard drive. Lots of resources on the OG Xbox Facebook group as to what your next step in saving this console should be :)

I would say those two vias at the edge of the board close to the ones you fixed are clearly rotten too, and the beeping sound probably comes from the hard drive that is likely one foot in the grave. sad part about these leaking capacitors is that the electrolyte just gonna keep corroding and eating traces away because it absorbs into the PCB itself, you would need quite a bit of work to get rid of it completely
