No it isn't it just happened because there was a huge gap in (D) service

I wish R160s were on the (D) but I like R68s as well on the (D) because they feel nice but I want to see something new but I know that R160s will never be put on the (D) and when the R68s get retired the (D) will use the latest and most newest subway car that there will be that will replace the R68s

That's basically what happened but seeing at R160 (B) train is even more rare just like how its rare to see an R142 (1) or R142 (3) train
